(Vienna, VA — April 16, 2013) On April 12, 2013, C² Technologies CEO Dolly Oberoi served as part of the distinguished speaker panel at the NoVA Entrepreneurs 3.0 event hosted by the Fairfax Chamber of Commerce. Senator Mark Warner served as the keynote for the event, discussing the Startup Act 3.0, which Warner and others recently introduced in the U.S. Senate. Senator Warner was joined by a panel of highly regarded entrepreneur-CEOs, including Oberoi, who discussed the latest innovations, trends, and developments in entrepreneurship, particularly as they relate to Northern Virginia. Oberoi and other local business leaders shared with the several hundred people in the audience their inspirations and visions for the local entrepreneurial community. Oberoi spoke particularly about the challenges she faced as a woman entrepreneur over the past 25 years, explaining how she converted obstacles into opportunities; she encouraged the audience to do the same. She also underscored the need for entrepreneurs truly to believe in their business ideas and to have passion above everything else.
