Dev Ganesan, Aptara President and CEO, Joins C² Board of Advisors- Seasoned executive brings new media expertise to C²’s Federal e-Learning practice

(Vienna, VA — April 1, 2013)

C² Technologies, Inc. (C²) an international leader in performance improvement, training and human capital solutions, announced today that Dev Ganesan, President and CEO of Aptara, an international award-winning eLearning and new media solutions company, has joined its Board of Advisors. A seasoned executive with a strong entrepreneurial drive and long track record of corporate operational and financial success, Mr. Ganesan has served on the Board of Advisors of several other fast-growth companies in the Washington, DC and Silicon Valley areas.

“We are thrilled that Dev Ganesan will be joining our Board,” said Dolly Oberoi, CEO of C² Technologies. “His insight from his extensive and successful experience in the training and new media industries will be of tremendous benefit to C²’s planning and operations, and ultimately to our civilian, defense, and private-industry customers.”

“It’s exciting to be involved in the next phase of C² Technologies’ growth,” said Dev Ganesan. “With a loyal and growing customer base and continuing award recognitions for their training solutions, C² is ideally positioned to quickly escalate its operations. I’m looking forward to sharing my knowledge to help them get to that next level of success.”

As the former head of both private and public companies, Mr. Ganesan most recently led Aptara’s expansion and evolution from a technology vendor to a digital solutions partner that serves the 10 largest publishers in the world, transforming their content to engage and monetize new digital audiences. During his tenure, Aptara’s value more than tripled in three years, and was then sold to a London-based public company.
