(Vienna, VA — August 23, 2012) C² Technologies, Inc. (C²), an industry leader in the development of enterprise-wide performance improvement solutions, has introduced Sheena Gill, J.D. as its Director of Contracts and General Counsel.

Gill is a member of the bar of Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia. She joins C² after having served as an attorney, as well as a founder and managing partner, at the Chugh Firm’s Washington, DC office.

Gill holds a Juris Doctor Degree and Mediation Certification from the University of Baltimore, along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service and an Asian Studies Certificate from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.

Prior to law school, Gill interned on Capitol Hill for the constituent office of then-Senator John Warner of Virginia, and later for then-Senator Spencer Abraham of Michigan. She worked for Kelley Drye (Collier Shannon) and later served as a law clerk for Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman Dicker, LLP. She also completed an internship with Judge Mary Beth McCormick (currently a Circuit Court Judge in Maryland), and participated in the Montgomery County Inns of Court.

Ms. Gill serves on the boards of multiple organizations, including The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE DC), Pratham’s DC Chapter, and the Global Organization of People of Indian Origin (GOPIO).  She is also a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), the South Asian Bar Association (SABA)-DC Chapter, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and a frequent speaker at major conferences.
