C2 was awarded a spot in the unrestricted category on the GSA HCaTs IDIQ task order contract valued at $11.5 billion over a 16.5 year period, to provide education, training and human capital solutions.
The HCaTS solution includes two multiple-award, IDIQ task order contract vehicles with a $11.5 billion ceiling. C2 received awards for both Pool 1 Customized Training Solutions and Pool 2 Customized Human Capital and Performance Management Solutions for this indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.
Through the HCaTS contract, GSA and OPM’s new vision is to manage entire categories of purchases collaboratively, cohesively and in sync across agencies while maintaining mission focus. The result is a fundamental shift in how agencies can increase efficiency; streamline the burdensome acquisition process for acquiring human capital and training services at competitive prices.
C2 has served the federal government under the predecessor contract OPM/TMA for 27 years and received several awards including OPM’s Benchmark Partner of the Year.
“We are proud and excited to continue providing innovative award-winning training and human capital solutions to all branches of the government,” C2’s CEO, Dolly Oberoi said.
“C2 We are thankful to our valued clients and partners for trusting us, our staff for delighting our customers and producing award-winning solutions. This has been an amazing journey and we are proud to lead a team of extremely dedicated and talented staff and being able to help our clients meet their mission.
