The TOC Executive Board announced that Dolly Oberoi is the 2016 recipient of the Spencer Logan Leadership Award. For 27 years, Ms. Oberoi has served with distinction as co-founder and CEO of C2 Technologies, Inc., an online learning, training and strategic human capital management firm.
Dolly is an executive, entrepreneur, writer, trainer, researcher, mentor, speaker, instructional designer, and board member for several academic institutions.
As an entrepreneur, she has served the Federal government with distinction in the areas of education, training and human capital management completing over 8,000 projects for 120+ clients. Ms. Oberoi’s pioneering work in helping organizations transition from the traditional chalkboard to distributed learning environment and developing transformative enterprise-wide learning and talent management strategies has saved the Federal government millions of dollars and improved organizational and individual performance.
Ms. Oberoi’s dedication to the Washington, DC training community has been steadfast. Her TOC participation has been extensive and of great value to the consortium. Dolly is truly deserving of TOC’s most prestigious Spencer Logan Award, 2016.
