Summary:

We are looking for a talented Instructional Systems Designer to join the C2 team at Goodfellow AFB in Texas.

Essential Functions:

• Uses Instructional Design Methodology to design and develop customized curriculum materials, job aids, performance support tools and instructional outreach products to support stakeholder needs
• Assists in mapping courseware to competencies
• Transitions traditional instructor-led training content into an online, multimedia environment
• Supports development of evaluation tools and activities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or ISD certification in relevant field
• 4+ years of relevant experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance
