The challenge was to “imagine a mechanism that rapidly enables an individual to match their skills and interests to current and future work opportunities.” In response, our team pitched a Personal Learning Environment (PLE) called My Career Compass, which leverages emerging technologies to manage complexity while providing users with simplicity and focus.
