C² Technologies, Inc. (C²), in collaboration with Craig Technologies, has won a contract for the Air Force Institute of Technology School of Systems and Logistics (AFIT/LS) Course Development Program.
The AFIT program is a structured, adaptive, collaborative effort that will develop the standards, tools and learning content for the future learning environment to complete learning initiatives for a wide-range of DoD customers/sponsors. Learning initiatives may include, but are not limited to, computer-based (CBT), web-based (e-learning), video-based and blended (combined) learning, and the development of live/classroom-based course material.
C² will provide technical support to develop courses for adult learners to cover a host of current topics for professionals in the acquisition and sustainment career fields.
The AFIT School is the sole provider of over 100 continuing education courses for professionals in acquisition management and contracting, logistics and systems management, software engineering, and financial management. These courses are delivered to war fighters around the globe.
The period of performance for the present contract runs through January 2018 and work will be performed in Cape Canaveral, FL and Oklahoma City, OK. Each course will be developed to include a series of experiences and challenges, combined with education and training opportunities to help equip the Air Force’s acquisition and logistics workforce to manage air, space, and cyberspace systems more effectively.
