Overview |
Established by Congress in 1970, the National Highway Institute (NHI) is the training and education arm of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). The NHI’s mission is to provide technical training and resource materials to the transportation community.
The objective of this contract is to support the advancement of the state of practice and implement best practices for the FHWA in the broad area of Surface Transportation through distance learning. Support for distance learning includes developing and updating training materials, supplemental materials and electronic media; in addition to providing technical support for distance learning deliveries, and other services to support training needs in a distance learning or technology enabled environment. |

The task orders placed under the contract may be Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Labor Hour (LH), Time-and-Materials (T&M), or a hybrid of those three types of contracts based on a determination by the Contracting Officer (CO). |
