At the start of this new year, let’s reflect on 2017 and look ahead to what we can expect for leadership development in 2018. We’ll review last year’s predictions to see what we got right and what we missed. Then we’ll look at current trends and what we can expect for 2018. In the spirit of community, please bring a snack or drink to share, as well as at least one prediction you have for leadership development in 2018. What trends are most exciting to you? What do we as leadership development practitioners need to be doing to prepare ourselves and the leaders we support for the future we envision?
