Project Purpose:
To provide Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service (DCPAS) with support and assistance services for Defense Senior Leader Development Program (DSLDP)
The Results:
- Conducted front-end and curriculum analyses to determine content, sequencing, and innovative learning approaches for the leadership development seminars.
- Facilitated “Rapid Design” sessions to establish the strategic learning framework for the seminars, with each focused on a leadership theme and specific leadership competencies.
- Developed innovative learning experiences, including experiential activities, simulations, and games that support leaders in practicing and applying new leadership capabilities.
- Provided strategic direction for incorporation of online learning as seminar prework, and we built in seminar activities to ensure that participants completed that prework.
