Project Purpose:
To develop an immersive 3D Criminal Law Advocacy Course (CLAC) with virtual simulations and serious games for Judge Advocate General (JAG)
The Results:
- Developed the 3D immersive CLAC for the Judge Advocate General’s Law Center and School (TJAGLCS) in Charlottesville, VA.
- Created virtual crime scenes for soldiers to explore, collect relevant information, and coordinate with other avatars in the legal process to file pertinent evidence and motions.
- Applied a modular design allowing for stand-alone usage, integration into other distance learning courses, or use with instructor-led training.
- Leveraged the Unity game engine to develop modular simulations through the reusability of avatars, environments, and various graphics.
