Coast Guard Cornerstone Program for Supervisors, Phase II

As part of the Coast Guard DHS Cornerstone Program for Supervisors, Phase II consists of a blended learning approach of 21 hours of e-learning, associated Job Aids, and 40 hours of instructor-led-training(ILT) to include: Supervisor of Civilians Residence Course (ILT), Mentoring Course (e-Learning), Do I Want To Be a Supervisor Course (e-learning), and Supervisor of Military Personnel Course (e-learning).
