USN Naval Facilities Engineering Command Training

Through the OPM Training and Management Assistance (TMA) Program, C² Technologies, along with Caskey Consulting, supported the delivery of NSPS training to over 4,000 employees of NAVFAC worldwide across the United States, including Hawaii, and from Japan to Italy. Courses consisted of Pre- and Post-Conversion NSPS training for managers/supervisors or for employees; writing performance objectives and self-assessments, and hands-on pay pool administration exercises. As part of this effort, professionally printed and bound manuals and job aid cards were produced and shipped to arrive as needed at the various training sites.
