USDA Forest Service Performance Management

C² Technologies was tasked to design and develop a suite of web-based learning modules necessary for employees to learn to operate effectively in the managing-for-results environment. The suite included: Overview of managing-for-results, providing an overview of the new initiative and targeted for all FS employees; Work planning for results, providing an overview of the value of the workplan tool and how its use will help FS line officers and managers in their work planning efforts (this course is targeted for all current and future workplan users);Performance management for supervisors and employees, introducing the new FS performance appraisal system and designed to facilitate results-oriented performance for employees of all levels.
