Project Purpose:
To develop training courses to ensure that records professionals have the knowledge and skills to do their jobs effectively
The Results:
- Developed National Archives & Records Administration’s (NARA) first web-based course entitled, “Records Management for All Federal Employees,” which is hosted on OPM’s USALearning, at usalearning.gov.
- Re-developed and redesigned six core curriculum courses (A.K.A. Knowledge Areas) and converted test questions to an online format.
- Training courses resulted in increased accuracy of Federal records management.
