Project Purpose:
Provided nineteen Course Developer personnel to support the Professional Education Center (PEC), at Camp Robinson, AR.

The Results:

• Supported PEC Training Centers, including Human Resource Readiness TC, Resource Management TC, Information Technology TC, Installations, Logistics, and Environmental TC, and the Organization Readiness TC.
• Developed and managed individual and collective training products and supported training analysis, design, and development of task-based training products.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the policies, practices, and op tempo specific to the ARNG Professional Education Center.
• Demonstrated our ability to place highly qualified training development personnel that exceed customer expectations.
