Project Purpose:
To establish a Learning Management System (LMS) for the Accordable Care Act (ACA)
The Results:
- Created a portal for Case Analysts that provided easy access to a variety of Web-Based Training (WBT) courses and instructional videos about the ACA.
- Developed an open source, fully customized LMS on various elements of the ACA, including:
- How to Explain Health Insurance
- Explaining Options to Consumers
- Communicating with Consumers
- Protecting Consumers’ Information
- Legal Responsibilities
