The U.S. Coast Guard Human Resources Directorate required the development of a Coast Guard DHS Cornerstone Program for Supervisors. This Program provides a developmental roadmap for new and seasoned supervisors at all levels across the Department, and is the first and most critical element of the Framework established under LDP. Phase I consist of 40-hours of e-learning augmented by Job Aids covering subjects such as: Transition Management, Employee Relations, Staffing and Reduction in Force, Position Management, Performance Management, Training, Employee Benefits, and Equal Employment Opportunity.
