Project Purpose:
To develop a 3D module to train Coast Guard Technicians on the Honda BF225 Outboard Engine
The Results:
- Developed high-resolution and photographic-quality 3D modules, simulations, and animations in 3DS MAX and NGRAIN .3ko.
- Produced an effective and high-quality 3D Virtual Task Trainer for the US Coast Guard (USCG) Force Readiness Command-Training Division Honda BF225 Outboard Engine.
- The interactive Honda BF225 Outboard Engine Virtual Task Trainer (VTT) was developed to incorporate a 3D model of a Honda BF225 Outboard Engine showing major components used during engine maintenance procedures and support for 40 accompanying training tasks.
