Defense Security Service Academy
C² is working with DSSA to establish a formal training curriculum and certification program for Industrial Security Program (ISP) professionals. For each of four ISP positions, the project team conducted a thorough job analysis to identify and validate a comprehensive set of skill standards, fielded an assessment to identify gaps between current and desired workforce skill levels, and completed a training needs assessment. This information is being used for the development of a comprehensive curriculum and certification program to support the development and maintenance of job-related skills.
