HUD Internship Support

C² supported HUD in the development and implementation of a centralized internship program. Specifically, C2 placed staff members on-site to assist with all phases of the recruitment, development, and retention of candidates hired through the Federal Career Interns (FCI) and Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) programs. The services provided directly enhanced the interns’ experience within the program and, ultimately, the Department’s ability to attract, develop, and retain high-quality talent.
