AVN Process Tracking System

Project Purpose:
To develop web-based applications to help the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) identify bottlenecks, gather metrics, effectively manage resources and assign workloads

The Results:

• Effectively developed detailed Software Development, Iteration, Product Acceptance, and Quality Assurance Plans for Aviation (AVN) Process Tracking System (APTS).
• Was able to reduce the design-to-test timeline from two years to six months for the rewrite of the Procedure Tracking System (PTS) from an Active Server Page Web Application to Java Server Page Web Application.
• Developed Integration Build Plans that successfully released quarterly update builds to the PTS application, as well as having released NTS to production.
