Project Purpose:
To provide a dedicated team of Records Management Professionals who work onsite at the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
The Results:
- Created a complete inventory of all files and records in Division of Human Resource Development (DHRD) office and a report that provided findings and recommendations for efficient use of physical space and a Records Management Plan.
- Provided all personnel and services necessary to analyze, develop, and implement a records management program in the DHRD.
- Developed training and administered the curriculum to DHRD staff on the implementation of the records management program.
- Provided access to the FDA Electronic Content Management System (ECMS) to develop a file structure and transfer DHRD records.
