The Results:
- Developed an FSO Classification Handbook that provides for the classification of expanding roles, responsibilities, changing technology, strategic areas, and one-of-a-kind positions.
- Developed new position descriptions for all FSO positions and grades.
- Conducted an FSO Job Analysis and developed a Competency Model.
- Provided a Competency Modeling Best Practices and Applications Guide.
