NIST Employee Survey

C² is assisting the NIST Material Measurement Laboratory (MML) in conducting an employee engagement survey to identify organizational strengths and opportunities for improvement, prioritize areas for improvement, and determine “best practice” actions for enhancing the culture and workplace environment. In support of this effort, C² is designing a customized employee engagement survey, administering the survey online to MML employees and associates, analyzing the survey data to provide tailored reports, and assisting MML in translating an implementing the results.
