NRCS – Introduction to Recruiting

C² Technologies has developed an online training course to provide National Resource Conservation Service personnel with the skills and knowledge needed to recruit potential employees. Using multiple design features, this web-based training will prepare NRCS personnel for all facets of possible recruitment activities.

Introduction to Recruiting is an engaging, interactive course, structured within a visually appealing theme that is designed to complement the agency’s work and align with its mission of conservation.

The training is provided through ten separate lessons accessible through five modules. The first four modules cover all aspects of recruiting and employing applicants to NRCS with the fifth serving as a repository for helpful recruiting resources. These resources include templates and samples of items such as presentations, flyers, qualifications information, interview forms, and more.
