Project Purpose:
To provide training, workshop facilitation and organizational development for  the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI)

The Results:

• Provided curriculum design, development, and assessment support to help establish training standards, competencies, learning paths, training assessments, and evaluations within PCORI.
• Performed instructional design for Contract Management Application (CMA) workshops as a whole and for individual presentations.
• Ensured content flow within individual presentations and throughout the entire workshop was flawless.
