Project Purpose:
To develop a Virtual Task Trainer (VTT) for Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) Aerial Lift Operators
The Results:
- Developed a VTT that provides PG&E aerial lift operators with comprehensive, on-demand, mobile training on the setup and operation of the Altec AM55 Aerial Lift.
- Created the VTT using the game development ecosystem Unity 3D, which makes it possible to deploy the application on personal computers, Android mobile devices, and iOS devices.
- Established Level 2 interactivity for comprehension-based content and Level 3 and 4 interactivity for application-level content.
