(Vienna, VA — May 16, 2013) C²’s FAA ATO Career Planning Tool project has been bestowed with the prestigious 2013 TOC Human Capital Management Award.
The ATO Career Planning Tool is intended to help ATO employees explore opportunities and plan their careers. Employees may learn about positions and career paths within the organization and build a customized career progression. In addition, the tool provides detailed guidance, including key developmental areas and beneficial developmental activities, to help employees pursue their career goals.
The Distinguished Service Awards Program was launched by the Training Officers Consortium in 1955 to stimulate improved government-sponsored training programs through recognition of individuals making significant contributions to the Federal training community in the field of human resource development. The Human Capital Management Award is presented to an individual, team or agency for training and development programs that measurably support and advance an agency’s Human Capital Plan and strategic mission, goals and objectives.
