Defense Senior Leader Development Program

C² is helping to develop effective Defense leaders: Working with DoD subject matter experts, C² has developed three seminars, and is developing several more, for the Defense Senior Leader Development Program (DSLDP). The seminars offer a graduate-level academic framework in which to examine particular DoD areas of interest, including joint, interagency, and international work. The emphasis on active, experiential learning and exploration of actual challenges being confronted by current leaders enables the participants, drawn from civilian leaders in the DoD, to develop the skills and competencies they require to lead and to meet the most critical missions.
