Project Purpose:
To provide leadership development courses for the Department of State (DOS), Foreign Service Institute (FSI)
The Results:
- Supported FSI’s Leadership and Management School in the delivery of highly experiential leadership development programs geared toward various levels of leadership, including courses for supervisors, mid-level managers, and executives.
- Provided instructional design support, organizational development, coaching, and mentoring.
- Assisted FSI in pivoting from in-person to virtual sessions during the global pandemic.
