FEMA eGrants WBT for Local/State/Tribal Users and Job

The Federal Emergency Management Agency had a need for the development of web-based training for FEMA’s eGrants system, including its interfaces with other agency systems, in support of the Flood Mitigation Assistance (FMA), the Pre-Disaster Mitigation (PDM), and the Pre-Disaster Mitigation-Competitive (PDM-C) Programs. The eGrants system was developed to capture the lifecycle grants management processes for these programs. The goal of the web-based training was to develop two separate courses, one addressing the Subgrant Applicant (or Local users) and one addressing the Grant Applicant (or State/Tribal users). The subgrant course was developed first, as its application’s components are also found in the Grant’s application.
