Project Purpose:
To develop new supervisory and managerial structures for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA)
The Results:
- Standardized the evaluation of positions by identifying a set of evaluation factors (e.g., knowledge and complexity requirements for each position) that facilitate distinctions among positions, along with criteria that illustrate how each factor differs across pay bands.
- Supported the ongoing maintenance of NGA’s entire portfolio of work roles.
- Conducted job analysis to identify the critical tasks and working conditions for various positions including Police Officers at NGA.
- Conducted a job clustering study to investigate and develop a revised occupational structure for NGA’s core analytic workforce.
