NGNN Shipfitter Training condensed 40 hours of classroom instruction into an advanced 20-hour computer-based instruction program for Northrop Grumman. C² was able to update and standardize the X-11 Shipfitter training in a more efficient and interactive environment that was easily adapted to various skill levels of an expanding workforce.
