Project Purpose:
To update and digitize content for TTB Website and Data Migration
The Results:
- Revolutionized the Agencies ability to efficiently and responsibly to serve the public.
- Complete two redesigns of TTB.gov
- Developed a Knowledge Management portal that provides TTB employees and industry members just in time customizable access to needed tools and resources.
- Developed six industry reference CDs.
- Redesigned TTB Web-Migration of DRL to desktop with an auto update feature.
- Provided in-depth web analytics and administrative/executive support services.
