US Army Contemporary Operational Environment Train-the-Trainer

The U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, G-2 required the development of a Distributed Learning capability in order to implement Contemporary Operational Environment (COE) training uniformly and rapidly across the TRADOC Schools and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and the Combat Training Centers (CTCs). The COE Train-the-Trainer course consists of six lessons (40 hours) of Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) and printed text. The curriculum includes Strategic Environment, PMESII-PT and Culture, COE Actors, COE OPFOR, and a practical capstone exercise.
