Project Purpose:
To provide the United States Secret Service (USSS) multiple full-time, on-site I/O Psychologists
The Results:
- Personnel engaged with the Secret Service leadership and stakeholders on a daily basis to provide recommendations and expertise.
- Laid the groundwork for a psychological assessment program as part of the new-hire assessment cycle for Special Agent (SA) and Uniformed Division (UD) Officers.
- Developed and automated customized assessments for SA and UD promotions.
- Authored Developmental Activities Guides, which provide candidates with information regarding the formal and informal learning opportunities that could increase their proficiency in relevant promotional competencies.
